July 1 2022 I purchased a turn key ****** * ***** from Barry at foto master *********** For a total of $12177. I picked up the Photo Booth July 5 2022 at the *********** show room i decided that the turn key Mirror air booth was a better fit for me . A credit of $532 was put on my credit card. I never received paperwork when I picked up the photo booth. Barry said he emailed me everything but I never received a warranty or anything stating that the Photo Booth was nonrefundable. I immediately started to work with the photo booth software and hook the printer up .The software that is installed in the photo booth is not compatible with the printer that they sold me. I immediately customer support the very same day and spent hours on the phone with several different support agents None of them were successful. A support manager was supposed to call me back that evening and never did. July 6 I made several calls to support with no success the manager still has not called I was told to call the DNP the printer company to see if they could fix it.The Keyboard would not work so they could not help.I purchased a turnkey photo booth which means everything should be compatible and working soon as you turn it on. And that is definitely not what I received. July 6 I also called the manager Bert (*********** Who said he would come and fix the machine on Thursday the 7th he did not show.He said he was going to come on the 8th he did not. On Saturday July 9 I spent time on the phone in the morning with Bert again He was not able to fix it. the problem. . My event with the photo booth was July 9 and they guaranteed me with a turnkey photo booth would have no problem with the event. I called a manager on Monday the 11th and told them I wanted my money back and they refused. I spoke with the CEO and he also refused my money back. They did not give me what I paid for.
