    Absolutely the worst. My parents have had a fence with this company for almost 20 years. My dog is staying with my parent during an upcoming deployment, so I called to get her training. I thought the $450 I was charged for training was absurd, but I paid it upfront, and was asked to schedule 3 2-hour training blocks. At the first one, I realized what a scam this was. The “trainer” worked with the dog for less than 10 minutes. The flags she put up all fell down by the end of the day. At the second session, the person didn’t even bother to show up until 15 minutes after the 2-hour block ended. When I called to complain and try to get my money back, the employees tried to gaslight me into thinking that it was me who had missed the session for not still being available at 2:15 for my 12-2 appointment. The manager, Steffy, was rude, pushy, and completely useless. She threatened to retaliate against my parents by cutting off their service package if I challenged the charge for their completely useless and wildly misleading “training” package. In summary, find someone, ANYONE else— this company should be ashamed of existing!!!
