I am writing to acknowledge receipt of the review you submitted to the BBB of Delaware on
October 12, 2024. In your review, you stated that you were told your mother’s WSFS account
would be closed but wasn’t and was subsequently charged $315 in fees which would have been
avoided if the account was closed when initially discussed.
Upon receipt of your review, internal departments were engaged to research your review.
Unfortunately, based on the limited information provided, WSFS Bank is unable to locate the
account in question. Please provide further information or documentation as well as any dates
or account numbers. WSFS Bank is sympathetic to your situation and would be happy to assist,
if possible.
