      These people are swindlers who cheated me out of $1222.00 and broke my car as well. I went in on 8/2/24 to have a A/C inspection done. I was told by Ed the Dist Manager that after doing the "Free Inspection" that I would have to pay $ 212.79 to have them do a ACR Evacuate & Recharge done. After that was done I was told that the A/C Compressor was completely shot and needed a new one. I was told by Ed that he could only find a Manufacturer Compressor and it would cost more. After the compressor was put in I paid $1010.17. I picked up my car and found that the engine light was on. I questioned Ed about this and asked why I wasn't told about this on the phone. He said he didn't know until after call. He said his tech L Lopez broke the Solenoid Sensor when replacing the ac compressor and not to worry he ordered another and could be replaced Monday 8/5/24. I told him that I was going out of town and driving 2 hrs away next day and is that even safe. Again he reiterated that the engine was fine and just a sensor issue. I took my car back to shop on 8/5/24 and they put in new sensor. Still the light was on. They said I need oil in my car and started to blame Vavoline who serviced me car a couple months early and said they damaged my car. They did a code check and said that there was nothing they could do for me and I needed to take it to the manufacturer to be fixed becasue the timing . They are all liars and incompetant uneducated swindlers. I got a 2nd opinion from another company who stated that they did not put a manufactured sensor in and my cars rejecting the generic verson they put in. They also did not put the Manufactuer A/C compressor in and gave me a generic verson of that and charged me manufactrer price. They allowed me to drive 2 hrs away that weekend knowing that a faulty sensor could at that point damage my engine according to another company. I think because I am a woman they thought they could get over on me. They are dispicable people.

      This place is horrible. They are the only people that do my oil changes and the last time I got an oil change they stripped the nut and had to keep my car overnight, I needed a ride home, then a ride in the morning to get back to them. They didn't charge me for the oil change and did not give me a receipt claiming that my money was no good there. I came back this time to get an oil change and was told that I needed an oil pan and stated he put that on my last receipt, which he did not, plus that is a conversation that you tell someone to their face not put on a receipt.... It seems like they purposely mess your car up so that they are the ones to fix it... this seems like price gouging to me. Do not go here, it will cost you more in the long run

      I walked in and was not greeted properly, I’m guessing because I arrived before staff awaiting for 8am they were already annoyed. I was asked by George what was I here for and I responded saying a oil change. He then says well do you have an appt I say no and he tries to tell me they don’t take walk ins. I then asked well when did this start because I was just here. George says back in October when he started he stopped walk ins. I then realized he was lying because I was last there in march twice in which I walk in same time in the morning. He tries to argue with me and insists what he just told me was true and I’ve must to seen someone else which is funny because it was him I spoke to both times I was here. The first time he was being trained on entering info in system along with other employees by a heavier set bald guy which I believe was the BOSS!! After I tell George it was him who was at the desk he then asks for my phone number to loook me up in their system. And after I requested to speak with a manger he said they’ll be with me in 20mins! I don’t appreciate being lied to or the attempt to be taken advantage of!!!! I’ll be also calling the ceo because the behavior I witnessed was unacceptable. If it was anyone else who didn’t know any better they would not have been serviced simply because they just got in or I guess being lazy . Not to mention no one else was in the shop . I was the first and only customer at the time !!!!
