Our situation is a bit unusual(or maybe not?)in that we were left in substantial debt by an irresponsible contractor who caused us significant liens, owed vendors and subcontractors with the loss of 1/4 of our original deposit. We were between a rock and a hard place, 1400 miles from the house we were building, trusting no contractors and needing someone to finish our half-built home. Our search for a level 5 Sheetrock contractor led us to Floridas Finest Restorations/*********************** and a few others. We decided to get quotes and went forward slowly with Floridas Finest Restorations; first having doors installed, then soffits and fascia to sheet rocking with level 5 finish. We cautiously began to feel that ****** and his crew were trustworthy, because for once there was much communication, a feeling that this contractor had our backs; we were receiving quality workmanship, (Yes, we witnessed that first-hand through a 10-day visit), and though we were not their only customer, we were treated as if we were. We felt we could trust ****** and his crews to complete our home(paint, crown molding, tile our shower, build walls, turn our planned screened lanai into an enclosed walled/windowed porch, install flooring, vinyl and shake siding with vinyl stone accent and more). Though it wasnt his responsibility, he even graded our lot before sod, because he just happened to be there it hadnt been done, no others were claiming responsibility and he cared about the finished product. To say we were not disappointed is an understatement. ****** was quick to point out many times, he wanted decisions to be ours, though we are so grateful for his knowledge and expertise that allowed us to make more informed decisions,that in turn gave us many options and a more personalized quality home.
