            Since March 2021, BBB started to receive complaints and/or BBB Scam Tracker Reports concerning MyFedBenefits. Specifically, they are sending text messages claiming they are a provider through the US government to help federal workers planning to retire, using the Military Buy Back Program.

            1). The website, https://myfedbenefits.com/, was created in December 9, 2009.

            2). Their email address, info@myfedbenefits.com, bounced back when BBB attempted to forward a consumer complaint.

              Basically trying to sell you an annuity under the pretext of helping you determine whether or not you would benefit from selling back your military pension to increase your federal civilian pension. Also gave horrible advice on when to take Social Security and gave bad numbers about TSP/equities recovery period after downturn.
