            No stars! Tech sent had 4 simple tasks to do that I had requested service for and he went through my entire house pointing out everything wrong with it. I flooded in the recent hurricanes and only needed again these 4 simple tasks done, not a review of my home. He took so long I had to leave to return to work so paid a crazy amount of $800 and figured I'd wait to check bill once emailed. I immediately noticed an incorrect charge of $300 and emailed them to refund this, along with 4 pictures of what was actually done because the tech had 30 pictures, most of what had nothing to do with why he was there! It has been 2 weeks with no response to my email or phone calls, other than an offer for credit on my next job! There won't be a next job. I was charged incorrectly for something NOT done and deserve a refund. Who does business this way?? I had used them for years so trusted they were still good even though my intuition was telling me otherwise.
