Poor communication. Initial proposal received prior to ***. After ***, rep arrives with assignment of benefits proposal instead of original proposal. I signed original proposal. Time goes by, I receive a call to come to the office to sign notice of commencement. I drive to office to be asked to sign a blank document. I decline and offer to return later. **** asks me to wait while she properly prepares doc she wants me to sign. I wait, sign. Then, I get a call from **** asking "Would I be ok with a different type/color." I express confusion. I am told it will take a few weeks to order correct ones. Then, shingles are delivered with no notice from MooreCorp. delivered product sits in yard for at least a week; I express concern of damage due to rain on first start day offered. Next I get a msg that crew is sent to different job because she couldn't reach me on the day of. I request a days notice. job begins. Crew arrive 7:30 am; work until dark, returned next day work 4hours to dry-in. mid-afternoon of first day, I get a call asking if I've given her a check. I had not been asked for a check. I pay initial amount due. Inspection of dry-in takes weeks. Crew install shingles. A first email arrives with final invoice attached. I respond to email inquiring about final inspection schedule. None of my requests for status are acknowledged. Next communication is a call that ended with owner and office staff indicating that if I did not bring a check to the office by close of business today a lien would be put on my house and all warranties voided. I called the City and was told that a final inspection had not been scheduled. city scheduled inspection for me. I take payment to MooreCorp immediately to avoid having warranty on $18,918.99 roof voided. Hopefully roof will pass. If not, I hope they will fix any deficiencies. I am shocked that a business would resort to adversarial business relationship instead merely communicating with a customer to ally concerns.

The MooreCorp team showed up and they were professional, detailed and utterly kind. They beat other estimates, and their quality of work is something to speak about! I heard from a friend how superior MooreCorp Roofing was, and they were right!

I needed a roof in a hurry and they went above and beyond to meet my needs! Not only did they do a professional quality job but the price was very competitive with 6 other estimates. The staff and workers were very responsive and promptly answered all my questions. A very pleasant experience!

First class from start to finish. Lisa and RJ were awesome to work with and their responsiveness through the whole project exceeded my expectations. I cannot praise them enough on the work they did and their professionalism.

Extremely pleased with the experience of MooreCorp Roofing. I very recently had my roof replaced and could not complain about a single thing. Workers were efficient, worked hard and cleaned up all the debris following the completion of the job. I recommend them highly!!!
