On October 2nd, we decided to go with this company. To gain **** contracts, we were explained that we could immediately get going with it, and we did not have to even wait for the llc to come back. We could just bring them the confirmation. so, we paid $900. to get the ball rolling and then could not get ahold of them for weeks. We w Where told that it was going to be a fast almost immediate process to get going. when we finally got ahold of somebody two weeks later We were given every excuse in the book One being that one word was missing out of the name so she couldn't find it online . Yet, when I entered it, even with the missing word, it popped right up no problem. But with that being said when she couldn't find it, she didn't even take the time to try and reach out to us, to tell us she couldn't find it, she just pushed us to the back and if it wasn't for us constantly calling for 2 weeks to try and talk to somebody it would have never gotten straightened out we also had no contact information to our case manager. And the gentleman's information we did have informed us We were unable to reach him because of a family Member sickness. Even though it should have came from our case manager no him. We were then instructed 2 go online and search for all the documents to send to our case manager. From that point, we were instructed to go online and do all the work that we were paying the case manager to do. So finally, at that point, we had enough, and we requested our money back and we're informed that we could not get it back after 48 hours of paying it. Even though the document we signed clearly states, we could get it back after the forty eight hour period bye filling out and submitting a form which we did, and they're still refusing to give us our money back. At that point, all of a sudden magically, everything was done, and we just received our cage number that they were holding from us
