            I purchased a vehicle from Dimmitt Chevrolet on 06//21/24. As of 07/22/24 I had not received any billing statement or payment book. I went into the dealership and made a credit card payment there for $363.75 which I was told by *************************** finance manager they could collect the payment from me and forward it to the bank. I was never even told the name of the bank. This week I received phone calls from *********** stating they never received my payment. I don't know what Dimmitt Chevrolet did with my $363.75 and they cannot account for it. ***************************, another finance manager accused the bank of taking the first payment out of the proceeds of the sale of the vehicle, which the bank denied and which I have never heard of a bank doing. Every time I call Dimmitt they just tell me they're on the phone with the bank. No one knows where my money is. They pocketed my money. There is something shady going on at that dealership. I spoke with ************************* and ******************* at Valley Bank bank They stated that they do not take credit card payments so the bank would never have accepted a credit card payment. And Dimmitt never contacted me. If the bank had taken the first payment out of the proceeds of the sale then the dealership should have contacted me for reimbursement which they never did I want my money back and I want the finance managers involved fired for lying to me and misrepresentation

            I went in to buy a preowned truck only to be lied to & tricked out my hard earned money. Around the 26 of October I went in to purchase a truck. I thought I had found the truck that I wanted only to be lied to & still being lied to about the status of the truck. I was told that the truck needed to detailed & would be ready in a few days. When I went to get the truck I was then told that there is something wrong with the truck. I patiently waited a few more days. After not getting any response from the dealership as to the status of the situation. I walked from pinellas point drive to the dealership which happens to be well over 20 miles 7 hours none stop. After arriving at the dealership. I asked to speak to someone & the manager came out only to tell me that the truck in fact hasn’t been looked at & that I will have to wait for the truck to be ready. I asked how long this will take & he replied that he couldn’t give me an answer. I then politely asked that we terminate this deal seeing that I never took physical possession or drove a vehicle off the lot. The funny thing is. I placed so much trust in this company. Left my trade in vehicle there with them days ago. I am not a ******* person yet. I am left to feel as though I’m being ******** ************* ******* & that is a disappointing feeling. Especially when you put trust in someone. I bought a truck from them before & didn’t receive this type of lack of regard or lack of respect.
