03/28/23 $451.31 The issue that is going on is I was financing a car through Connect One financial and they sold off the lien on 28 March when I called to make the payment they did not notify me that I had a new finance company they just excepted the payment then I receive a call two weeks later from the new finance company and theyre stating that I am past due that the old finance company did not send over the payment like they were supposed to That I should get in contact with the finance company that I had before which was Connect One once I called Connect One they were little to no help. They told me to ignore the calls from my new finance company that the check was sent over which is invalid because it has been seven weeks, and I have still not received the payment That I was supposed to receive for four **** with the new finance company. I keep trying to contact them and theyre turning off the phones in the office. I have the managers, personal phone number. Hes ignoring all calls and blocking my number. They are telling me that its not their problem but indeed it is because they were responsible for transferring all the payments so I basically got scammed out of $451 with $.31 and they do not want to give me anything back. They do not want to provide me even a refund, they keep ignoring my calls and saying that the money was sent to ignore the new finance company.
