12/1-12/10 stayed at ******************The pool was overused as the resort host advised after I reached out with a staph infection, upper respiratory infection, and severe illnesses from the water filled with bacteria. The entire stay was a nightmare, 3 weeks later Im still seeking treatment and on 6 antibiotics now to treat these infections. I have proof they didnt clean the pool prior to my stay as they apologized and sent a pool tech out and he put in double the chemicals due to the sewer smell. I attached at hospital visit stays while on vacation day 1 of my check in, my visits ************* home to NY. And them admitting fault and not taking my health situation serious as 6 of us got infected from their water. Their house wasnt as described as the entire game room didnt work, they neglected our health and safety. I will be contacting my attorney if I cannot resolve this directly with this company. They should be ashamed, embarrassed and apologetic for such disgusting matters. Ive had a staph infection carried to my lungs and missed a weeks worth of work so far due to them failing to clean the pool and hot tub during my stay. I also had to pay an additional $315 for a disgusting pool heater when we were told for days we had to stay out of the water while they serviced it from the sewer smell and the bacteria coming from the jets. You cannot bill someone for such stay. The trash wasnt collected, it piled up, stunk, and was mislead by the workers on their policy for it, it was supposed to get picked up daily which never happened. I wrote this office daily during my stay with all my issues and concerns and medical issues. One guest was in the ** with irregular EKG as well.
