      Each time I send in my test strips this company finds something wrong with the box such as damage in shipping or damage box due to removal of package seal.Stay away from these people. They are a total rip off.

      Thank you for reaching out to us and leaving your review! We are always happy to more thoroughly explain a payout that someone receives. We are sad that despite the fact that you have sent us 5 shipments in the past year and received over $200 from us you still feel that it has been a 1-star experience. 

      We have customer service agents standing by Monday-Friday from 9:00am CST - 9:00pm CST. We see that you have sent us emails and used our LiveChat feature but you have only asked questions about the status and method of payment. We do not see any record of you reaching out via email, LiveChat or text message with any questions about making sure that you receive the full payout. Had you asked about ensuring full payout we would have reminded you about our policies regarding damaged items. 

      Nonetheless, please note that we provide clear and direct information about all of our policies regarding the payout calculations right on our website. Prior to requesting a free mail kit from us or a QR code you had to check a box confirming that you had reviewed it. We then re-state that same information next to the second form that you had to fill out. 

      Our records show that you have sent us a total of 5 shipments over the last year. In total, we have paid you $216 out of a possible $246. As we explained in the inspection reports that you received with your check, you did not receive the full payout on 2/5 of the shipments due to damage to the boxes. 

      The shipment we received in July 2024 received a lower payout because two of the boxes that you sent to us had been damaged by the improper removal of a label or sticker. Please note that our NUMBER ONE instruction states, "Inspect the items that you are selling. Make sure that they are factory sealed and unexpired, If there are any stickers or labels on the box please leave them on and we will remove them. If you attempt to remove the labels, damage caused to the box by the improper removal of a sticker may disqualify the submission."

      Despite our instructions, the photos from your inspection report show that labels had been improperly removed which caused damaged to the box. Please note that we granted you leeway and did not disqualify the two boxes but instead issued a half payment. 

      More recently, we received a shipment from you that came to us DAMAGED because of the soft packaging you choose to send your supplies to us. We are happy that you are using our ship it yourself method through our partnership with *** but please note that we state prior to you being able to request that QR code that customers must use a STURDY box (we even put it in all caps!).

      We suspect that you are using the ship it yourself method because we are giving a $10 bonus payout for using that method. Please understand that part of that $10 bonus payout is to reimburse customers for the cost of purchasing a sturdy box (if they do not have one already). 

      We are not sure why you chose to ship in a soft container when we stated repeatedly that damaged boxes do receive a lower payout and that we require customers shipping themself to use a STURDY box. 

      We truly wish you had reached out to us directly.

      I was told that DexcomG6 also transmitter was acceptable. They wont pay or return my items. Theyre still going to sell my items and keep the money. The money makes a difference in rather I eat or not!!!! Seller Beware!!!!

We reviewed your recent shipment with us and we do see that you were treated honestly, reliably and transparently. The items that you sent to us were sent in a condition that was against our clear instructions. 

      We are not sure why you ignored our clear instructions regarding Dexcom products. In a follow up email that we sent to you directly, we once again shared the printed information that was included with the free mail kit that you requested. We should add that we informed you on July 19th via email that your products were ineligible. 

      Prior to requesting a free mail kit from us you had to check a box confirming that you reviewed our important instructions. At our expense, we then included them again in the free mail kit that you requested. 

      We are unsure why despite acknowledging that you had reviewed these instructions that you still sent us items that we explicitly told you to not send. 

      You will see that we state in ALL CAPS all over the price sheet that customers must contact us about sending in Dexcom products. We do not have a record of you ever reaching out to us. Had you done so we would have reminded you to not remove the items from their original packaging as doing so makes them ineligible to purchase. We have customer service agents standing by our phones, LiveChat, email, and text lines Monday-Friday from 9:00am CST - 8:00pm CST. 

      We do see that we receive another shipment from you in March 2024. You were paid Included with that shipment was products clearly labeled as for ***************** beneficiaries only. It is ILLEGAL to sell any item that was provided through a government assistance program and you sent them to us against our instructions. You'll note that we returned those items to you even though we explicitly state repeatedly that we do not return any items that are sent to us. We see that you did text us prior to sending that shipment to ask we if we purchased "nicotine patches" which we responded to immediately. That confirms that you know that our customer service agents are willing and able to answer questions. 

      We truly wish you hadn't!

      Don't send your unused stuff they lie and rip you off. I personally inspected and packaged. Was owed ***** they sent *****. They can keep the ***** send my stuff back. RIP OFFS. I WILL DO LIVE VIDEOS TO EXPOSE YOU!! BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS POS FAKE COMPANY

      Thank you for leaving a review of our services on the BBB website. We do wish that you had reached out directly so that we would have the opportunity to fully explain your ******. 

      We read your review and after reviewing your inspection report we do see that it is easy to explain the misunderstanding! You sent us 6 boxes of Accu Chek GUIDE 50 Retail. The full ****** for each box is Accu Chek GUIDE 50 Retail is $4 per box and has been that way for a number of years. Given simply the type of items that you sent and their expiration dates, the max ****** that you could have received was $24. Sadly, one of your boxes arrived to us opened and was ineligible.

      However, Accu Chek GUIDE boxes are very brittle and since this was your first time shipping to us we will give you a one time leeway on that opened box. We will be sending you a $4 check for it which will give you the FULL ****** for the items that you sent. Should you choose to send us more items in the future then please pack them more carefully.  

      You said that you were expecting $90 for your ******. We think that you were looking at the price for Accu Chek AVIVA PLUS 50 Retail. We pay out $15 per box for those but please note that is a different type of box than what you sent. 

      We emailed you an image of the price sheet that was included with the free mail kit that you requested. You will find the pricing for Accu Chek GUIDE 50 Retail at the bottom of the list (Aviva Plus is higher up). 

      We also emailed you photos from your inspection report that show the contents of your shipment. 

      We hope that you see that we  treated you honestly, reliably and transparently. 

      We humbly ask that you consider removing your review or changing the rating.

We do wish that you had reached out directly prior to leaving your review so that we would have the opportunity to fully explain your payout. After reviewing your inspection report, we do see that you were paid exactly as promised you would be paid given the type of items that you sent (Libre 2) and their expiration dates (4-6 months from expiration).

      We think that you may have missed our expiration policy for CGM devices which states, "Payouts below are for boxes with 6+ Months until expiration. Payouts will be 50% less for boxes with 4-6 Months until expiration. If your boxes have LESS than 4 Months until expiration, are opened/unsealed, expired, or are a brand not listed below, we will NOT pay for them OR return them." (please excuse the ALL CAPS and bold as we are simply copying and pasting from the information included with your free mail kit).

      This policy is set for the health and safety of the people we seek to help and we do not hide it. We state it directly above the price table included with every free mail kit and our website makes it even more clear. The expiration dates are determined by the manufacturer and printed directly on the box.

      Please check your email inbox as we have also emailed you this same information and included photos from your inspection report that show both the contents of your shipment and the expiration dates. Both of your boxes expire 11.30.2024 which is less than 6 months away at the time we inspected your shipment. We also included a photo of the price table that was included with your free mail kit to show you that we did not hide our expiration policy. Our clearly website shows the same expiration policy as well. 

      We do hope that our response here and the email shows that we treated you honestly, reliably and transparently. We do hope that you will consider changing our removing your review. It would mean the world to us!

      this is second time i sent test strips first box they were expired. the recent box i sent ******-24 and the test strips 2 boxes one touch 20$each . the other 3 test strips sure of. the first box the expiration date is 4-30-24 the last 3 boxes are 12-18-24 both not expired . they sent me an email that they were no good which was false they are brand new not damaged . dishonest.

      TLDR: Customer sent ** expired/less than 3 months from expiration products and/or products not on our approved purchase list despite acknowledging on multiple occasions they had reviewed our Important Instructions and having been directly informaned that we do not purchase any product that is expired or less than 3 months from expiration

      Thank you for leaving this review! As explained in the email we already sent you and in a LiveChat conversation, you continue to misunderstand our expiration policy which is clearly stated on our website and in the information included with every free mail kit. Prior to requesting a free mail kit you had to acknowledge that you had reviewed our Important Instructions where we clearly state that for the health and safety of the people we seek to help, we do NOT purchase any product that is expired OR less than 3 months from expiration. We also explicitly state that we only purchase the items that are specifically listed on our website and on the sheets included with every free mail kit. Sadly, half of the items that you sent to us were not listed anywhere on our website or in the information included with your shipment (iGlucocard brand).  

      As your review acknowledges, you sent us a shipment of test strips on April 5, 2024 with expiration dates of April 30, 2024. While those test strips (One Touch Verio) were on our approved purchase list That expiration date is less than 3 months away and was disqualified for purchase. 

      Again, all of this information was provided to you before and after you requested a free mail kit from us and you acknowledged that you had reviewed them and still sent us items that we did not ask for or need. We even BOLD and HIGHLIGHT the policy to help make sure it is not missed. 

      We should remind you that we have customer service agents standing by our phones, emails, LiveChat and text message. We reviewed our records and we do not see any record of you reaching out prior to sending your first shipment.

      We do see that you had a LiveChat conversation with us on March 28, **************************************************************************************************************************** either 2020 or 2022. In that chat we sent you photos from your inspection report showing the expiration dates and stated For the health and safety of our customers, we do not purchase expired test strips or test strips that are less than 3 months from expiration

      We see that you did see that message and despite that you still sent us items less than a week later that were less than 3 months from expiration.

      We truly wish that you had followed our clear and explicit instructions any of the number of times that they were provided to you. Had you done so then you would not have sent us items that we did not ask for or need.

      We pay a HEFTY price for shipping which is why we do all we can to make sure customers only send us products that we ask for and need to fulfill our mission.

      We do hope that our continued responses to your chats and reviews as well as our proactive outreach to explain the reason you will not receive a payout shows that at every step of the way we have treated you honestly, reliably and transparently

      This is the second time Ive sent out a package and didnt receive a check in the mail because you guys are saying that it was damage when I know for a fact that it was brand new straight out the Pharmacy so I need a refund or send my strips

      Thank you for reaching out to us. We truly value you as a customer and wish that you had contacted us at any point with any questions or concerns prior to posting this review. 

      As explained in the email and letter that was sent to you, the item that you sent to us (1 box of One Touch Ultra 100 Retail) was severely damaged because the item had been wrapped in packing tape which could not be removed without compromising the integrity of the box and/or removing *** mandated information. The damage was so severe that the expiration date had been removed from the box. Given the fact that this box had signs of tampering AND had the expiration date removed we are unable to verify the validity of the contents. For the health and safety of the people we seek to help, we cannot accept the product. If you reach out to us directly, we will share with you the photos that were taken during the inspection of your shipment.

      You state in your review that it was "brand new straight out of the Pharmacy" and if that is the case then your anger should be pointed at the pharmacy where you received your item as they compromised your health and safety by giving you this item. 

      Please note that we state repeatedly that we can only accept boxes that meet our clear guidelines. When you requested a free mail kit from us you, you confirmed that you had reviewed our Terms and Conditions and Important Instructions. These same items were included in printed format with your free mail kit. In it you confirmed, "I understand I can only sell Test Strips to CashForDiabetics.com that are original, factory sealed, undamaged, unopened, untampered and have, as of the date they are received by CashForDiabetics.com, at least four (4) months until the expiration date listed on the Test Strips box or packaging. The Test Strips I am selling are in the original, unmodified, unopened packaging and have not been relabeled, repackaged, or otherwise tampered with by any part."

      The condition of the box that you sent to us did not meet any of the above criteria and that is why it was ineligible for purchase. Please do understand that our policies around expiration dates and damage are strictly set to protect the health and safety of the people we seek to help. 

      ******, we would also like to add that we have customer service agents standing by Monday-Friday from 9:00am-9:00pm EST to answer any questions. We ALWAYS encourage customers to send us photos of the items they are planning to send so that we can provide an accurate estimate of a payout and prevent items being shipped to us that we do not need/want or would jeopardize the health and safety of the people we seek to help. 

      We do not have a record of you ever contacting us. Had you done so then we would have emphatically told you to not send us that item. As stated earlier, we also emailed you the same day that we inspected your recent shipment to explain why your item was disqualified. We also mailed you a letter with the same explanation but neither time did you contact us for further information until you posted this review. 

      We should also add that this is the second time that you have sent us a shipment. The first time you received a half pay because despite, being against our instructions, you had used packing tape to tape the box to the shipping container. Due to over-taping, we were unable to remove the item without compromising the integrity of the box and/or removing *** mandated information.

      While normally this would have disqualified your shipment, our inspectors granted you a leeway because you were a first time customer. Our bank records confirm that you cashed the check that we sent you for that shipment on August 16th at a US Bank so we are not sure why you are stating that we have not paid you either time.

      We do not have a record of you reaching out to request more information about that payout either. Had you done so we would have explained that we cannot accept items that have been tampered with in anyway (including being wrapped in packing tape) but that we gave you a one time leeway as a first time customer. In fact, the only record we have of you ever reaching out to us is through LiveChat and that was on May 22nd, 2023 a full two weeks before you ever requested one of our free mail kits and officially entered our records as a customer. 

      This entire situation could have easily been avoided if at any point during the process you had reached out to us with any questions or concerns.

      TLDR: Our bank records confirm that this customer successfully deposited our $100 check 10 days ago. The ******** their account due to their own financial negligence and were charged the $32 overdraft fee charged by their financial institution. They never contacted us until this review and are hoping to use this 1-star review to blackmail us into paying both her overdraft fee and get us to pay her twice for the goods that she sent to us.

      We ask that this customer please provide us with more information. Our bank records show that on November 21st this customer successfully deposited the $100 check that we wrote to her at **12 ************* the funds were withdrawn from our account and were never returned. We reached out to our relationship manager at **** of America and they confirmed that the check was successfully deposited by the customer and that the funds were never returned to us which means that our check was honored by **12 ************. 

      The image of the cashed check that was provided to us by the financial institution where the customer deposited it shows that they wrote "deposit only" along with their signature. The funds were pulled from our account on November 21st and were never returned. Our relationship manager at **** of America strongly believes that the fee was due to an overdraw on the account and that we are being blamed for their financial negligence. The **** of America employee confirmed this because the **12 ************ website states that their overdraft fee schedule says that they charge $32 for an overdraft: **************************************************************************************

      This customer deposited their check on November 21st and the first we are hearing of any issue is on December 1st. They did not contact us via email, phone or the LiveChat function on our website. We firmly believe that they are attempting to have us pay for their overdraft fee and pay them twice for the products that they sent to us.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do hope that you will consider changing it since you were paid as fast as we possibly could pay you given the issues with your address that was of no fault of our own. 

      We received your shipment on December 18th and a check was mailed to you on December 19th with an expected delivery date of December 28th. You reached out to us on January 16th to let us know via email that your check had not yet been delivered. We issued you a replacement check on January 19th. You let us know that you received that check. 

      We do apologize for the delay in receiving your payout but unfortunately the **** is not as reliable as we would like for it to be at times, especially around the holidays. When we were informed there was an issue with your delivery we worked hard to fix it immediately!

      They requested the product in the original box yet failed to give me a box big enough to put it in. So then I sent it the product out of the original box to fit it. Then you're not me the money saying it was out of the original box. Yet again they failed to give me a box big enough to put the original box in. They also said on the website that anything sent to them would be a donation if they wouldn't pay. Yet they still return the item to me. I would not recommend trying to sell anything to them!
