This company is horrible to do business with. There agents are nasty and not helpful. They harass you for payment even when it is not late. They repossesed my vehihicle for ****** when payment would have been made the same day. After vehicle was taken they still drafted payment anyway with no reasoning. After repossesion made still making harrasing phone calls for key to vehicle. Company is very mean and nasty.

This account has been breaching the loan installment contract in multiple ways, and for that reason the legal department decided to take action into the REPOSSESSION of the unit as stipulated in the contract insurance needs to be active AT ALL TIMES and the car note payments after a day late enter automatically in DEFAULT. In this case, the insurance policy has been cancelled since 07/27/2022 in which our insurance department has been trying tirelessly to get the customer to comply with the contract with no positive cooperation. Messages, calls and emails are proof that the customer was clearly trying to evade us and not comply with their part of the contract. Furthermore, the customer had broken multiple payment promises and was over 40 days late when the legal department decided to REPOSSESS the unit. We tried to help the customer, but this is an account that has been late on almost every payment, and it is a client that does not cooperate with us. There was no way for us to help someone that was evading us. Now that the vehicle was repossessed on 9/7/2022, the customer is still not willing to cooperate. Instead, is just trying to gather negative attention even after we tried calling to help the customer to not continue to grow their open debt, and to find a way to see if they were willing to redeem the vehicle. Instead, quoting their message: " Refuse to do anymore business with this company you repossessed the vehicle; Payment was not late enough to have vehicle repossessed. I have always Corporated with you even in hard times. Nothing else to be said . You guys are nasty and dishonest. Send my account to credit bureau because you will not receive anymore payments from me and my husband at this point". We wish to solve this matter in the best way possible, unfortunately the client is not willing to speak with us and for that reason there is no way that can try to find a working solution for all parties.
