i have a horrible experience to add from this company. My name is **** and i run a small auto repair shop in Muskegon, Michigan. Mr. xxx, listed in linked in as an owner, approached me last year after I made a change in processing company's to Payprotec from spot on which I originally signed on to with Mr. xxx. Upon learning that i had jumped ship from spot on Mr. xxx stopped into my shop and reviewed my account. Mr. xxx told me that the rates I was paying were very high and convinced me to switch to another processing provider named AFS (agile financial systems).. Mr. xxx also told me at that time that there was an $800.00 cancellation fee to get out my contract with Payprotec and that he would be able to pay me back $600.00 of the fee in 4 payments of $125.00. I bought his story hook, line and sinker. over the next few months I noticed that my fees were totaling well over 15% and sometimes over 20%. I called Mr. xxx several times with no answer. I tried emailing Mr. xxx several times also. finally, I contacted AFS and asked them to reach out to Mr. xxx and his manager and let them know that i had been trying to reach Mr. xxx several times. without result. finally, I decided to request cancellation from AFS and never received any payback as promised nor was I ever contacted by anyone from AFS. in my opinion Mr. xxx and AFS are predators and should not be trusted on any level. BEWARE!
