We went to one of their timeshare presentations and we did not buy one thankfully but we were still granted a 3 day 2 night stay that they said was for their resort..... ******** now that we want to use it they are giving us the run around and informed us that the voucher isn't even for their resort..their voucher they promised of a free stay isn't even valid. The voucher mentioned only states their refundable deposit which they never tell you about of course and the fact you have to pay taxes and resort fees if any not anything about the other stuff mentioned...When trying to call them and ask about it i was met with a rude guy named ***** who claimed he was the manager (lie) they tell you about how its not for their resort like promised and all upcharges and fees they now have..their rates that they provided over the phone using their "voucher" were actually more than when we looked up staying ourselves on a 3rd party site. It's a scam and a way to trick ppl into coming to listen to their scam..Don't waste your time on the promised goods because they aren't worth it. They don't hold up to their end of the bargain and they dont explain everything as a way to trick you...they never mentioned to us that the voucher wasnt fpr their resprt and that they also want to charge you 100$ which sure it's refundable..... on a gift card that you have to get from them which *****. Why not refund it to our form of payment. And don't tell us it's for your resort and that we would only have to pay the taxes and resort fee when in reality it's not for your resort and you want to charge 100$ upcharge if we want to use your resort $100 rush/holiday fee for booking in November and then the 100$ refundable and then taxes and the resort fees ontop of that.... that's a scam....We were promised a free stay and instead they are trying to charge us more than what the stay at the resort would actually be. FAKE. ****. SCUMMY. DONT GO TO THEIR PRESENTATIONS. DONT USE THEIR RESORTS.
