I have had this company for 3 years to help me with my house insurance. After Hurricane Ian, I had the need to file a claim. Tower Hill, my insurance company has provided me with terrible service regarding my claim. As East and Greenwell is my insurance agent, I contacted them. During the whole process they sided clearly with the insurance and never intervened to help me resolve my case. I sent the agent (Coy) several emails asking for help with no answer, Tried to call him and was not allowed to talk to him. As always, only excuses and strong defencse of the insurance company. I am writing this to help other that may need to hire an insurance agent, to stay away from them, more precisely, the Estero agency.

Were sorry to hear you had a loss during Hurricane ***. As a local agency, based in both ************************ weve seen and experienced the devastation firsthand. Unfortunately, the losses experienced have required our clients to collectively file thousands of claims. A recent statistic published by *** County indicates as many as ****** homes were either destroyed or sustained major damage in *** County alone. We understand there is a urgent desire to resolve and begin rebuilding from storm damage. At the Agency level however, we do not schedule, inspect, adjust or payout claims. The claims process is controlled and communicated by your Insurance carrier. Due to the sheer volume of both frequency and severity of claims experienced in SW *******, insurance companies are working through claims as quickly as possible, but it will take time. During the first week(s) after the storm, companies were hindered by access, lack of power, internet, traffic lights, etc. within the area. Much of those items have been restored and therefore the claims process will become more efficient. As the owner of the agency, I too have suffered significant damage. I am also waiting to hear from my adjuster with their estimate of damage and coverage determination, we are all in this together.I also must stress that *** is an incredible asset to both our Team and Customers. He is incredibly hardworking and conscientious regarding our clients well-being. He would love nothing more than to resolve your issue, but he is not an Adjuster and cannot speak to many of the questions you may have. I would highly suggest you continue to communicate with your insurance carrier, Tower Hill, as they control the claims process and can provide you the most expedient/correct responses.
