              Bought a machine December 2022 Machine completely stopped running/working made multiple calls about the situation could not speak to anyone or was hung up on or calls not returned. Finally got the situation some what handled then was told we were sold a bad machine all issues were manufactured issue. After stating I would like to trade in on a machine BARELY 6months old was told I would not be given CLOSE ZTO WHAT IS OWED ON THE MACHINE .

              This business refuses to honor the prices they list on their own and other websites. Their conduct can be described as nothing more than deceptive. Even after being made aware of the listing and price posted on their website they refused to honor it. I cannot recommend doing business with this company as if they are deceptive on price they could also be on other sales and maintenance. Find another dealer to do business with.

              *********** contacted us via phone from 100 miles away. He saw a newly automated vehicle ad that posted to our website.  The vin # and sale price matched perfectly, however the model code/discription did not populate accurately from the vin #.  The model code populated for a $30k vehicle and not the $24k vehicle that it actually was.  The ad was immediately corrected to the correct model after he brought the error to our attention.

              Unfortunately, the conduct of the business is not consistent with Florida law or professionalism. Second, I was never offered a discounted price but told how much the vehicle lists for. I was able to find the same vehicle for almost $2,000 less. I do not do business with companies that do not honor the prices they advertise.
