My daughter attended Kid's Discovery #6 in Milton, FL for over a year. We recently made the decision to leave in April. When we left, their was a credit on my account for 230$ that was being refunded back to me. I asked the office staff where the credit came from, and also how to go about having it refunded to me. I was told this was from the ************************ (we had a voucher through ***), they were now paying more money per child and back dated it to February. When I spoke with the *** regarding disenrollment, and termination of our voucher they informed me this money was not from them. They did not do any retro-pay for individual households at that time. When I went back to Kid's Discovery to get more clarification their story had changed on how the credit appeared on my account, they were "not sure." I was then told I would have to wait till June to have any kind of check cut for a refund, after the *** made the last payment for the year for my child. This was then very clear this was money they were over-charging me for months, and not money from the *** as retro-pay. I contacted them at the end of June to receive my refund, and have been given every excuse. They are under new ownership, in which I am not sure if they know of my situation or not. The daycare will not give out any contact information to speak with anyone higher. I have called for 3 weeks in a row now, as well as emailed. Their responses have been minimal with no answers. They will only say they will look into it, or that they will speak with the director about it, no other response has come from this. I have waited months for money that should have never been taken from my account to begin with. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
