Inadequate, Insufficient, unfit extremely lacking. Customer rip offs... I brought my dog in to be examined because in just over a week he had developed a limp, so I feared he had pulled a joint out of socket. X-ray's were taken and explained they would be given to a neurologist for examination and that I would have to return in 5 days for the results, (they had no idea as to what was wrong with him). the cost for their examination and the x-ray referral was $505.00. This was not a walk in appointment this was a made appointment so the cost shouldn't have been this much I was told the neurologist was going to be $250.00 then why does an office visit cost $250.00? Even with the appointment we were there for over 3 hours in which I had to wait in my car I was not allowed into the office with my dog. We went back for the follow up appointment again I was not allowed in the waiting room with my dog (he get very tense and agitated when I am not with him) again I was in my car for 3 hours waiting to hear anything I texted the office asking how he was doing when I did not get an answer, I went inside and asked I was told he was fine I asked how much longer they said should be any minute now (20-30 min.) they brought him out and walked away no explanation about the exam or the results from the neurologist. He was pulling me to the door ready to leave as soon as we were outside he HAD to relieve himself he was also panting extremely hard as soon as we walked in the door (home) he cleaned out his water dish 2 times, this tells me he was not given a chance to relieve himself or a sip of water while in the office. I immediately texted the office telling them I was upset and that I wanted the results from the examination. I was sent the results from the neurologist (which I am unable to read) but nothing from the days examination so I asked for that (never got one was asked to make another appointment for another examination) this tells me he was left alone and never examined.
