My issue with cabinets togo started on 06/02/2023 after making a payment of $3148.45 for the cabinets, I dealt with the sales rep ******** who completely left me in the dark with pricing and vital information for my order, delivery and installation. I was not informed on the price break down until receiving an addition estimate for the remaining balance, I was not informed of the delivery and installation being completed by separate contractors and not by the company I was led to believe it was done by the company but the reason for the complaint is seeking resolution for my issue my cabinet sizes that I requested I didn't receive, I have called the company several times and sent several emails. I contacted corporate with ************** his email is ********************************* I was not provided with a case number. Now when I contact the ********** store my calls are being screened, I have to call from a different number after calling from my number and I get an answer. I spoke with a lady named **** I believe at the store location on 07/11/2023 who attempted to make me purchase another cabinet for the one that is to large when it is a mistake on their behalf, after explaining that I will not do that she stated that I would have to return the the cabinet before they can order a new one. she stated she would contact the manager to get approval which I have not received any communication. on 07/10/2023 I spoke with the manager who promised he would come to my home on 07/11/2023 to retake measurements and resolve issues that day, he stated he would email me in the morning of 07/11/2023 to set a official time, at 11am I noticed I didn't receive an email so I called to touch bases with the assistant, to only receive a rude email and a cancellation of the appointment. I would just like to receive the correct size of my cabinet and for them to pick up the cabinet with the wrong measurements.
