This is not a trustworthy company. I ordered products in August & 6 weeks later I received more products & charges to my credit card. Unfortunately, I didn't understand when I placed my order that I would receive auto shipments every 6 weeks. That's on me but the company didn't send me a reminder email & no additional orders were reflected in my account on their website. I had no order number or any proof that they'd shipped me more products other than the charges to my credit card. My first order was $98.97 for 3 products due to discounts that the salesperson, Shannon, explained to me. The 2nd order was $219.94 for the same products. You cannot talk to this company via phone, only by email. That should have been a red flag to me. When I contacted the company on 9/19, I was told by Shannon that I could return the products under their 30-day 100% Money Back Guarantee & she would immediately cancel any further shipments/charges. I received the products in 2 packages (one from Dermagist & one from Dermajuv) on 9/25, I returned both packages to address provided by Shannon on 9/26 UNOPENED & UNUSED & the company received on 10/1 per USPS tracking number. I emailed on 10/8 asking for status on my credit and to date, I've received no response & no credit to my account. This morning I have another charge to my account for $89.98 from Dermajuv (for some reason they bill 2 products under Dermagist & 1 product under Dermajuv). I was forced to cancel my credit card. I'm currently in dispute w/my credit card company on the September charges & now have to dispute this charge. I've never had these issues with any company that I've ordered from online. This company should be forced out of business for not responding to customers attempting to communicate to honestly solve issues w/them & not honoring their 100% Money Back Guarantee.
