    I GIVE ZERO STARS! Its unprofessionally ran chaos here! Dr. **** & staff were NEGLIGENT in their medical duties violating my patient rights to provide me urgent medical specialist care in a timely manner REPEATEDLY by requiring X-ray radiology that is UNNECESSARY just to CHARGE for more appointments before giving me urgent specialist referrals AND DELAYING URGENTLY NEEDED REFERRALS & AUTHORIZATIONS by not getting them completed/submitted/entered in a timely manner. This cost me valuable time for my injury prognosis & treatment. You should not have to wait for emergency treatment referral and authorization with specialists who will do their own X-rays, CT/MRI such as Spine doctors, ENT, Orthopedic, etc. RESULTING IN DELAYING PROMPT EMERGENCY CARE for a broken nose, injured knee, neck & spine damage. XRAYS ARE NOT A REQUIREMENT from Medicare I have been told by ***** but Dr. **** tells you it is necessary before referral or authorization to charge you for unnecessary appts to discuss unnecessary radiology I assume. His daughter who is in charge of referrals & authorizations has no concern for the urgency of entering medically necessary referrals. She enters them whenever she feels like it which is usually 3 weeks to a month & frequently fails to have the correct codes entered into authorization system delaying scheduling with specialists because of referrals and authorizations being incomplete or not received/not entered correctly. ARPN enters wrong or no codes on lab orders. Terrible customer service. Complaints are never dealt with by Dr Noel, owner, as he refuses to discuss complaints with you therefore there's no accountability & mistakes continually repeatedly happen.
