Would NOT recommend, I went thru vrbo and rented a home for my family. As soon as we had got into the home we noticed it was nasty and had roaches and ants badly along with a broken sliding door, nasty pool with mold by it and mold inside the home, and clothing items left with ants on them. I contacted them as soon as I got there about the situation. They said the hone was just cleaned but to send them pictures inwhich I did. The next day maintenance came and the following so did pest control. To no avail the pest never went away, the door part had to be ordered and no pool person until the following Wednesday. I contacted vrbo and they took my information and got ahold of titan. Two days later a unknown women shows up in the backyard unannounced and demanded to talk to a adult. I seen her from the door and came outside, she never announced herself and said she was there because the nextdoor neighbors had called her because we were smoking in the home. I informed her that we did not smoke and she was welcomed to come in the home to even look around inwhich she replied no. She then goes to say your pool ain't even dirty so my brother yes ma'am we cleaned it did you look at the pictures come over here there were some spots we couldn't get. She tells him she wasn't talking to him and to go back inside the home. I asked the women to leave inwhich she didn't until we went inside the home. I called vrbo right away and let them know what was going on. They tried to place us somewhere else but because of the holiday nothing was not available. We had received a bad msg from the owner basically saying we threatened the lady and that because of the holidays they weren't going to kick us out. If we threatened anyone they would of called the police and secondly vrbo has apologized about the situation and refunded me there portion because the situation and the way they treated us with the lady intruding on my kids without permission, nit even a sorry to me and my family.
