Absolutely a terror. Steer clear of this terrible facility, unprepared for their guests. First of all, they made everyone late who came early with uneducated staff proving they cant pour liquor and have no idea how to work the register upsetting many guests. The individuals in line were absolutely disgusted by the opening act. It was a terrible vibe from the start with slow elder individuals working the check in and slowing the process. They also had a staff member seating individuals pointing out the wrong area and making us upset many individuals. Two people were in our seat and we asked them to move politely. When not moving, I got cussed out by all the audience and I told them to calm down and were all trying to be happy. When CONFRONTED by the all black dressed, male, Caucasian, black hair, medium cut, brown eyes TOUCHED ME PHYSICALLY, and screamed curse words at me. When RP funding additionally screamed at me and I calmed down. I told them that I was a nurse administrator and it sent them to high heavens and they kicked me out. I told them I own a business and I would absolutely never higher individuals unknowing how to de-escalate a situation and using curse words and their own emotions unable to calm themselves down. When asking for a refund of my $500 tickets, the individual who doesn't even work for RP Funding and probably part of ***'s staff stated I'm getting arrested instead. Absolutely a horror. I know other individuals felt the same. I will bring legal action for the refund of my tickets, the physical touching of me, and I will bring this to the Better Business Bureau.
