Do not do business with this Company, they will steal your money and the cabinets are garbage. There sales rep, Susan came out and gave us a quote to install new cabinets at top and paint the bottoms. We agreed on color and she came out an measured and put 50% down. The job was to start on 01/06/22, but they called and stated they would be there a day earlier on the 5th. When the installer arrived, he rang the door bell and insisted we pay the rest of the money due before any work was done or we saw the product, which was one solitary cabinet. We had to talk him into showing us the one cabinet he brought that was painted blue, already scratched and particle board instead of the wood cabinets they promised. We then had him call the Manager, Ed C**** and he argued with my husband that they would not do any work until we paid the other half owed. We told him NO, as the one cabinet he brought and not even delivered was not what we were sold. We were sold REAL wood cabinets supposedly by the rep. , who we asked several times as the cabinets we have now are REAL WOOD. Ed C**** stated he would call my husband back. Still haven't heard from him. His solution to the matter was to steal the rest of the money, the 50% owed from our credit card. Attempted it twice but Thank GOD, he didn't get away with it. They get one star as it wont allow you to write a review without one.Initial Complaint

Artis Cabinet came to my house August 5, 2021. I agreed to purchase cabinets for kitchen, bath and laundry room. Installation of cabinets started 9/21. I was not told that they did not have the doors for installation until I asked where were the doors on 9/23. They also charged my credit card on 9/20 for $6010 and $225. This was fraud because I did not authorize this charge, they were paid using a different cards, charges should be $4715. CITi is still working on this dispute because they are not responding to their calls or letters. As of today they have not installed the doors or finish fixing drawers in kitchen and bathroom. They are very unprofessional and talk to me as if they do not care.
