            In November 2023, my water heater flooded part of my house. The insurance adjuster said I needed to replace the flooring under the area of the flood. While waiting for the paperwork and finding someone to repair the various damage in and out of the house, I began having rats in my house! I found Guardian Vapor Barrier, who would repair the floor under the house, but once I explained the rat issue, the salesperson said putting in a complete barrier would guarantee that rats would not be able to get in my house. So instead of fixing my dry walls and flooring, I was convinced it was best to pay the extra thousands of dollars to keep rats out of my house. But, I am still getting a lot of rats in my house. When I called the office, *****, tried to make me think it was not their fault, he was insulting and trying to get out of their responsibility. I made an appointment for an inspection but they never showed up. I need help letting them know this is their responsibility or they can refund the part of the money used to do the barrier.

            On July 21 I had an estimate from this company to re-level my manufactured home. I decided to go ahead and schedule the work. I needed a Monday because it’s my day off so it was scheduled for the following Monday, July 24. 30 minutes later, I received a phone call From the company telling me that they would not be able to come on the 24th that they would be here on the 28th which is today. I took the day off from work without pay to be here for the job. They were supposed to call me yesterday with a time window of their arrival. They never called. I called the company this morning and was told yes, they would be here early afternoon around 12 noon. Then they still hadn’t shown up 45 minutes later I sent a text message to Dan S. My sales person. Dan told me they would be here at 1 o’clock. After that several times, I called wondering where the crew was. My phone calls went straight to voicemail, and Dan has stopped answering my text. It is currently 4:51 PM, no one has returned my calls, Dan will not return my calls or texts. I left a voice message with the company telling them I wish to cancel this order because of their failure to show up when scheduled and even more so, their failure to communicate with me. I do not recommend this company. And I will never do business with this company again. I really wish I had read some of these reviews before giving them any money.
