They installed our storm door on lanai and the direction it was installed catches all the wind. The last hurricane it blew the door completely off and damaged the frame. I have called on 6 different occasions to reach someone in the office, finally spoke to a rude girl that said an estimator would come out, I explained I work full time and she said it was fine, nobody had to be home. Nobody ever showed, when I called the business back two additional times & left messages, I finally received a message through ******** to contact the office. I spoke to "*****" the owner who said I never returned the call to schedule which is a complete lie. Then I told him to send me the details to order the door and I will install myself. He said we have to come to the store to purchase between 7:30-4pm Monday to Friday. Again I explained I work full time and this will not work. I asked for a website or some other way to order this door and have it shipped. He was NO help what so ever. For doing so much work in The Villages, ** I would expect much higher customer service from a contractor. The work they did to begin with is shabby and so is their staff.

Unfortunately there was wide spread damage from Hurricane ****** and we had over 200 calls for damage, and have been returning calls a quick as we can. ****** called the office on ***** for an estimate and stated no one needed to be home, however our office has a rule to call and confirm what day we will be going out before we go. On ***** we called back to let her know someone would stop by on ***** @ 9 am. To please call and confirm if that was ok. We never received a call back therefore we did not go by to look at the damage. On 11-4 Monday morning there was a voice mail left after we had closed on Friday from ****** stating she just wanted to purchase the door. On 11-4 @ 4:41 pm ****** left another voicemail that she wanted to purchase a door and they would install. On 11-5 @ 8:07 am ****** called asking why nobody came by. I (***** ***** - owner) walked by while our office staff was on the phone with ******. I could tell there was a problem and chose to speak with ******. I explained to her the reason we did not go out Thursday is it was not confirmed by her with a return phone call. ****** stated she tried to purchase a door from the local box store and they do not carry them. Could she purchase a door from us. I stated yes and gave her a price and it could be picked up at the office between 7:30 and 4:00. She stated that does not work for her due to her work schedule. I apologized however those are our hours and she hung up on me. There was never any mention of a website of shipping it. She stated we did the work we did was shabby. I have no records of ever doing any work at her address, so I think she may have us confused for another company. We are a contracting company and generally do not sale product unless it is being installed by us. I was trying to rectify her issues which totally backfired. I believe the review is fraudulent and should be removed.
