This is fairly simple I feel. I attempted to get a vehicle through them, however the deal didn't go through and I took my car home march 20th,2024. I then went to dmv to renew my registration where I was told that I could not because the dealership still had the title in a pending transaction. So I then contacted the dealership where initially I was told there was nothing they could do because the option for them to void transaction was no longer there because it had been too long. From there I contacted local dmv who told me they couldn't do anything either and that I would have to contact regional center. I did reach out and they just sent me a form to fill out and send in, however at this point 2 of my kids are in school and this is my only transportation so I risk everyday driving my kids to school because I cannot renew my tag because of this. So I reached out to the dealership again who said they could try their title people and try to come up with a quicker solution but it has been over a week and everytime I call I just get told they will call me back. I sent emails to check in, I have called and much more. I was hoping at the very least they could provide a temporary tag while we were trying to figure this out but it seems they don't want to help at all and I'm still stuck risking being pulled over everyday.
