              n 11/3/21 I bought a Pride 4wheel scooter from Mr. Mobility from the first day I had problems with it. I had it die in my yard pushed it to the house put it on the charger and the light was flashing green called Matthew and he said he would send Gene out to look at it he charged the batteries with smaller ones and said it would be fine until he gets the right batteries in. The next day I was in my yard with it and it died again I called they came out with the right size batteries and changed them & said its fine now. The next week I went to the store and it died in the parking lot and had to push it onto the carrier. I called and they sent Gene out again he rode it in the yard and it died on him so he run a bunch of test & said he had to take it back to the shop. They have had it there since 11/30/21. I asked Matthew to give me my $2500.00 back and keep the scooter but he said he could not do that because it has a warranty and they have to fix it. It was a lemon from day one and now they don't even want to talk to me when I call to see what is going on I get told I will check and call you back but they don't call me back.

              Mr Mobility sold me a lift chair that is defective. They badmouthed my husband and told him to get someone else to fix the chair. It's under warranty.

              I just received your complaint.. I checked our sales database and we don't have you listed as a customer. If the lift chair is a Pride or Golden, we do service those brands and we will help you with the problem. We would have to charge a service call if you want us to come out and look at the chair.
