This water contractor Water Smart accepts small jobs, and sets an appointment. When more lucrative deals come in he moves you down the list and eventually ends up as a no-show.for your job. Rather than saying he is too busy for your job, he leads you on in hopes of eventually collecting a service fee. This has happened to us 3 times and each time we waited for days before finally hiring a dependable contractor.. When confronted about this practice, contractor claims he has a family to raise and an obligation to accept more lucrative jobs first while leading small jobs on with continuous no-shows. The same week we needed help, he completed a lucrative job for our neighbor that we referred to him. After no-showing on our simple job, I called him on a Friday night and begged for him to call me and give me simple phone instructions so we could have drinking water and ice for the week-end. He failed to call back. So much for customer loyalty to an 81 yr old couple. He then had the audacity to ask me why I felt entitled? This explains a lot about this contractor.! As a retired bank executive, Im highly service oriented and this contractor no longer meets our standards. BEWARE OF THIS NO-SHOW CONTRACTOR !!***********************
