This daycare is a scam. On our first day I picked up my son there were 8 infants in his group and all 8 infants were crying and all over in that little area they have. There was NOT 1 baby in there that wasnt crying. There was only 1 person in that group and that person was just sitting down listening to all the babies cry. She was young so I understand she can care less. I stood outside the room with glass window for a little bit to just observe. As a mother of four, I know those babies were crying for a while and I dare this daycare show me their video to prove me wrong. When I toured I was told the teacher to children ratio is 1:4 for infant group and thats why the price is higher compared to older kids but if we pay, then give us the service we deserve and the care the children should have. So I complained and expressed my frustration to the director (DIANA) the following day and informed her we were withdrawing. She reasoned out that there was not one person watching that group- that there was her and 2 other adults. Yes there were three adults in the other group- the toddler group but not in the infant group. Dont just claim it because the physical presence doesnt equate to taking responsibility over these children whose parents are working even harder so they can send their kids to daycare. To make matters worse, I keep seeing charges from this daycare a month after I told them we were withdrawing, so basically charging me for two months when we were only there for one day. And i made i let them know ahead we were dropping so we wont be charge. so Diana said there 30 day policy is after you informed them you will be charged for another month's fee. So BEWARE and give it a careful thought if you think of sending your babies here!
