Purchased cushions on their website on July 9th. They processed the payment on the 10th. We have not heard from them since. We have called multiple times and no one picks up. The voicemail is full so you cant leave a message. We have tried emailing as well and again no response.Initial Complaint

I purchased two sofa cushions and eight pillows in December 2021. In February I contacted the company and told them the fabric stretched out, the fabric started getting a little ***** of fabric (pilling) and that I would like to get a replacement cover at no cost. I sent them pictures through email and made five or six phone calls to follow up with them. Their response was I should have known the fabric could do that, and they will replace it at half cost. I already spent $1200 for inferior product. I tried emailing and calling them again and there was no response. If anything they should reimburse me for the two sofa cushions or replace them for free
