    One of the worst experiences dealing with a business. Took unit for warranty work. Got a call a few days later saying unit was ready; no warranty work was needed, but they proceeded to do a tune-up, which I did not request or authorize. So now they have my unit and won't release it unless I pay for something I didn't request or authorize. Terrible business model. First and only time at this place. Not only I don't recommend, but further I strongly advise to steer away from this place.

    In response to this review.  It should be noted that the reviewer, *************, is not the owner of this piece of equipment and is only the maintenance man for ********************** in ***** **.  The pressure washer is their property and they paid the bill.   The unit is a MSRP $1000 Dewalt Pressure washer that was bought 11 months ago from *********** There has not been any service since purchase to clean and maintain a large Church property.  After testing the unit we discovered that someone had turned the pressure adjustment down on the pump.  There was nothing defective about the unit and therefore there was no warranty to be written to DeWalt.  We also noticed that both the motor and pump oils were low and very black burnt up oil from the hours of use on the unit.  Of course we took the pressure washer outside multiple times and hooked up to water to thoroughly test our work before calling the customer that we have successfully diagnosed and fixed the church's pressure washer.  The machine was brought into our shop on 05/04/23 and was billed out on 05/09/23, ******* completed its work in just 3 business days in Summer time busy season.  It was explained to, **************, that right on our claim tickets that he initialed, "estimates are provided up request" which he did not do and therefor we just completed some basic maintenance that clearly was not being done before the motor or pump fail.  We truly feel this is exemplary customer service for our valued ******* end users.  We hope that anyone that takes the time to read our response to this review in the future will see the value in what we have provided in not letting a machine leave our shop with low and old oils.  We know that we cannot make everyone happy today, and for some, running to business review boards is how they get back at businesses that have performed great work.  We appreciate the opportunity to respond and tell the other side of this story, the review left out.
