Once you pay, they will give you the run around! Had our pool install with their ** location. They sent out 3 clueless installers who missed screws, left pieces missing, and glued the return jet, preventing us from capping it and winterizing. The "lead" installer *********************, never once came out to ensure his guys were getting the job done correctly. Neither him nor anyone else came out for a final inspection. We have been playing back and forth with the company to get them to fix their mistake. **** admitted his guys incorrectly installed the jet with glue, and has been telling me that he is coming next week for the past few weeks. We never got to use the pool since it was installed near the fall. **** is very inconsiderate and condensending, telling us to "calm down", and that it's "not a big deal". $30k for bad craftsmanship is a big deal to me, especially when it wasn't supervised. I have contacted the office of the Attorney General to see what can be done. More to follow.Update: Company owner ***********************, out of MD, told me I have mental issues for being unhappy with their lack of care. Says I don't tell them what to do, that it's "only a service call". He hides behind the staff and won't call to fix problems himself. Stay away from this man.
