              On August 17, I purchased the Bak Revolver X4S tonneau cover for my 2021 **** F150. I paid $1,511.43 for this cover. I received the cover and installed it according to the manufacturer's instructions, including reviewing instructional videos. After installing it, and after the first rain, I saw that it leaked severely along the back of the tailgate. I reached out for help and it took multiple emails and customer chats to get a response. I was told that since I had already installed the cover, they don't typically offer refunds. They sent spacers and said it would help but it has not. The cover still leaks, effectively rendering it useless to protect any cargo inside the bed of my truck. Because the product doesn't work, I am entitled to a refund of my purchase. This is what I am seeking.

              I ordered a gator truck mat for my 2024 ***** silverado. It almost fits perfect but with real trucks reputation I will just live with it. I will never order from this company again. I should have done more research which is my fault but what is done is done.
