We're sincerely sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced with the tarping of your roof by JD Restorations following the damage from Hurricane ***. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused you.
It's important to note that the tarping method, including multiple visits for adjustments, is implemented to prevent further damages and perforations to the ceiling, ensuring compliance with insurance policies to protect your legal claim process. However, we acknowledge that despite our efforts, the repeated fixes have not met your expectations, and for that, we apologize.
Please understand that the tarp is an emergency and temporary solution, not intended to withstand high winds indefinitely. While we strive to provide effective measures, the severity of the weather conditions and the urgency of your situation can present challenges.
