            Business says that I owe for damages, and will not send me supporting proof. Such as pictures, and they will not respond in timely manner. They added a late fee, after they said I had 15 days to dispute, it hasn't been 15 days. And I have disputed, they just haven't sent me proof of damages.

            Worst company to rent from. Thus is a fraudulent company. I would never let my worst enemy rent from them, over charge raise the rent 300 dollars each year .and when you move put they keep you deposit even if you leave the property in excellent condition moving ready cleaned , for the. To charge 10$ per light bulb 350$ to put the garbage cans up by the house . So please do your research before renting from them and do not do the obligo deposit free

            Good afternoon. First, we are the management company, not the owner. The owner's set the rental rate and any rental rate increases. But since you mentioned your rental rate increases lets review. Your initial rent was $1,775 a month. Your first lease renewal rate was $1,860 a month and your last lease renewal rate was $1,950. So not only was it not increased $300 per year, it wasn't even increased $300 over three years. Second, you were not charged $350 dollars to move garbage cans to the house, that was apart of a $150 cleaning fee, as indicated on the repair estimate, "Light Clean (move bins to the garage, floors, window *****, oven grease, dusty fans, sink, mirror, toilet and tub)". I think it is important to state the fact you were evicted for not payment, did not comply with the lease requirements upon move out, to include cleaning and light bulb replacement, and still have an outstanding balance. Lastly, ****** is a third party company that you opted to work with. Obligo clearly states their terms when you opt into the program. We are sorry you fell on hard times and had to be evicted, but there is no need to leave reviews full of lies and embellishments.
