            Fernanda ********** of Nova Real Estate Services has very poor communication and understanding of the English language skills needed to handle the leasing or purchasing of commercial restaurant space.

            All I will comment is that I was going to buy a restaurant paying cash and decided to back out of the transaction to purchase because of Mrs **********'s lack of experience and her inability to formulate coherent responses typical for these type commercial transactions.

            Use at your own risk. One thing I can promise. If you use Fernanda ********** of Nova Real Estate Services, you will experience nothing but frustration during your transaction.
