    BBB files contain a pattern of complaints from consumers which allege issues with service. Specifically, consumers allege issues with estores including stores being deactivated, suspended etc.  Other complaints allege stores were never created or the stores are not generating the expected revenue.  Other consumers report difficulty contacting the business. 

    On November 17, 2022, BBB sent correspondence to NXTLVL Services requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.  As of January 3, 2023,we have received no response from  NXTLVL Services.

    BBB will continue to monitor and update the company's report as needed.

      COMPANY SIGNED A CONTRACT TO SETUP AND MONITOR AN ONLINE STORE. I HAVE TRIED TO EMAIL THE COMPANY WITH NO RESPONSE. I PAID $35,000.00 FOR THE SERVICE THEY OFFERED BUT NEVER PROVIDED. I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO ANY ONLINE STORE AND NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY WILL RESPOND TO ANY EMAIL. I HAVE TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER FOR THE COMPANY BUT IT SEEMS TO BE OUT OF ORDER. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE SERVICE DUE TO NO SERVICE RENDERED.

      I paid ******** dollars for two stores in 2022. One with NXTLVL services for ********, and one with ONEUP services for ********. To date, I have not received services rendered. We set up an Amazon account, but only about 10 products were uploaded with the account. When I inquired as to why so few products were listed, I was met with excuses and finally ignored completely. The amazon account was suspended for some reason unknown to them, and I signed a new contract to do an account with Shopify. I've inquired about the shopify account but no one is answering my emails or calls anymore. I understand now that ONEUP services is out of business, and I am without either store. I see a lot of people here who are having the same problems with these guys. Why isn't someone pursuing legal action?

      I bought an already established Amazon store front from NXTLVL Services **** for $42,500. From the very get go nothing was done. The store never have any products listed. Their help services responses where consistently vague and never directly answered questions about the what was going on. No help was ever actually given and nothing was ever resolved. Communication ceased and there is no longer anyway to get a hold of anyone. Clearly a scam

      I signed up for an amazon store in August 2021. In November 2022, after waiting 14 months for any kind of activity, they got my store deactivated for violating Amazon policies. They offered a shopify store as compensation which they summarily have done nothing with. This complaint is connected to the company NXTLVL services as well with which they change their name to One Up Services.

      This is the agreement with NXTLVL. They forced me to sign a release so that I could get a new store.

      In February ****************************************************************************************** e-commerce. We hired NxtLvl Services for their consultant work in starting and running an e-commerce store, in this case, an Amazon Store. We attended a free consultation and were ensured that we would have a functioning store within approximately 3 months, with a minimum $300 monthly maintenance fee of the store and all functions being managed by NxtLvl's team. In April 2021, we paid the $25,000 fee and entered into an agreement where we were made to believe the team was then at work for us. We had been proactive, opening up credit cards to use on the account for asset purchases, as well as an LLC. The store was named, "The Primetime Goods". As we entered month 3 of the agreement, there was no activity in our account and we started inquiring more frequently as to why this was the case. As we continued inquiring, the responses became more and more spaced out, or nonexistent, altogether, and we have come to realize that we are not the only ones in the situation. Clearly NxtLvl Services is running a scam and others have been helped here by the BBB and we are in need of the same assistance. We are at a loss of options and just want a resolution to this circumstance in the form of our consulting fee being returned to us.

      NXTLVL's deceptive practices compel me to share my terrible experience with them. Over two years ago, I paid this company over $50,000 to create an Amazon and ******** store. The outcome would leave me feeling betrayed and utterly disillusioned.The company presented itself from the get-go as a professional and reliable entity. The promises they made enticed me, and I invested with confidence. As soon as I parted with my hard-earned money, I discovered the reality starkly contrasted with their promises.Rather than delivering on their promises, NXTLVL continually delayed, excused, and failed to deliver. Clearly, they had yet to fulfill their obligations or provide the services they had been paid for. My attempts to seek clarification or inquire about progress were met with evasive responses.As well as failing to deliver the Amazon and ******** stores they had promised, they could not provide basic updates on the project's progress. For any semblance of information, I had to contact them repeatedly. It was as if my investment and satisfaction were inconsequential to them once they had pocketed my money.The lack of professionalism displayed by NXTLVL is truly astonishing. It is unfathomable to me how a company can operate with such disregard for its customers, especially considering the substantial amount of money I invested.I have nothing to show for my unfortunate decision to engage with NXTLVL two years ago. Having lost trust in them and being burdened with their deception is something that plagues me to this day. Those considering working with this company should think twice and do extensive research before deciding. Save yourself the heartache, disappointment, and financial loss I have experienced.It has been nothing short of a disaster for me. The company took my money, disappeared into thin air, and left me broke and empty-handed. By sharing my story, I hope to prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful practices.

      About a year ago I came across this company on the internet called NXTLVL Services stating that they can build and manage an amazon ecommerce store within 6 months without me the investor doing anything for a startup fee plus a monthly managing fee. It has been about 1 year, and I am still trying to get answers, while they continue to take their monthly fee from my account without me having no answers on what's going on with this business. I have spent countless months and hours off my time and money and still nothing is happening, they stop responding to my emails, which I will attach to this claim. There's no way you can reach them by phone. Every time I emailed them before for answers, they would continuously send another representative to give update, however these updates would lead into me creating another email or me applying to more businesses and paying subscription more fees. Every month 2 weeks before they take their fee from my account, they would list a list of transactions on my Amazon account Store that states pending sales, however after their fee is taken out of my account all pending transactions will be deactivated. This company is looking like a hoax. At this point if they cannot keep their word, I want all my money returned because they have done nothing but bill me. I am out of pocket approximately $30.000 cash.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I have given them admin access to everything pertaining to my Amazon Seller Account twice, and I have not heard anything since then. Since the up of signing to this contract I have had 4 different representatives emailed me regarding my emails in question. I was told by NXTLVL they will be in contact with me every 2 weeks, and they have not kept to their word. I still want to give the benefit of the doubt and give them another opportunity to have this business up and running.

      Sept 2022 Paid 50k for an Amazon Aged seller store. Its been 7 months, my store is still inactive, no one will respond to my emails and now Ive been completely ghosted for over a month. I opened a ticket with NXTLVL and still no response.*************************** (senior sales) *************************** (CEO) and *************************** (FBA manager) These are the only people that I know that still work at oneup services the company that sells the concept of this Amazon done for you store. I can only assume the company is fraudulent and has no plans to start my store, service my store or refund my money. THIS IS A SCAM, do not pay them any more money!

      I attended their online presentation on December 2022. They pitched a "buy 3 stores get 1 free" to everyone present. They presented how profitable the online stores they managed for their clients were. I wired them 95K to get all four stores and the was the biggest mistake I have ever made.1) The Amazon store they started for me was started almost a year ago and hasn't had a single sale, yet they still want to bill you $300 a month.2) The Amazon Aged store (which costs 20K) took months to get going. Once it got going they charged my credit card THOUSANDS of dollars, then the account got suspended by Amazon and I was left with all of this credit card debt. I never saw a single dollar in profit. Again, they bill you $300 a month.3) ************ store has been running for almost a year, NOT A SINGLE SALE, yet again, they bill you $300 a month.4) Lastly.... *********** store, the process to start is extremely confusing and complicated, once you sign up, they will never be willing to hop on a phone call to address any hiccups or obstacles in the process, you have to email them and hopefully you will get a response. Based on my experience with them on the first 3 stores I refused to start the process for the ******* store until any of the stores got going which never happened. I wanted to avoid being billed ANOTHER $300 a month.They are now saying that selling on Amazon and ******* is not the right business model and are wanting to move all their clients to Shopify. This is absurd. NXTLVL and OneUP (which are the same company) is an absolute scam and the *** ***************************** needs to be held accountable for his dishonest and fraudulent business dealings.

      I paid $25,000 on 25 Feb 2022 for NXTLVL to manage my Amazon store company. They have not been able to tell me if anything has been put in my store for sale and nothing has been sold. My store got shut down. They will not help me answer the questions so that the store can be reopened. I have sent emails for the past month asking for help on what to say and they do not reply with any help. I finally got an answer saying did I get their email? This is not a company that has your best interest. There is no phone number to call that anyone will answer and speak with you about the situation. This is a total scam as far as I can tell. As much as I pray otherwise, I am afraid it is not a good company to get involved in.
