I have been an active customer w/them since June 2021 (11 1/2 YEARS!) with an agreement to throw the paper on the car port so I can easily get it. Our Florida room door has a huge sign stating 'NO DELIVERIES HERE - ALL ITEMS GO TO CAR PORT", Beginning June 2021 ,the new carrier began throwing everywhere BUT on the cart port & sometimes the peper did not even come. I called for 15 days spoke to a number of Reprs & finally it was resolved so I gave the carrier a Christmas Thank you tip... and NOW, BEGINNING SAT 2/12 WE ARE RIGHT BACK TO WHERE WE WERE IN 2021, EXCEPT ....when I call I am transferred & then no one answers so I hang up after 20 mins. I try their online chat & before I can finish my reason for getting on, the guy hangs up & on calling back find I now have an 11 min wait ..... ALL I WANT IS MY PAPER ON MY CAR PORT - IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR MY $400 + PER MONTH PAYMENT? I WILL SOON BE LIKE MY NEIGHBORS & THE ENTIRE SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY WHERE I WORK - WHO HAVE ALL CANCELLED THEIR PAPERS, but should I be forced to do this? NO ! Should they be professional enough to deliver ? YES !! I am calling every day that I do not get my paper on my car port = so far it has been 6 days, 2 computer tries with NO reply from them. Please tag them for what they are -- uncaring, unreachable, & unbelievable in a very BAD WAY!!
