To Whom it May Concern:
In response to a complaint #19062142 that Trulieve received from the Better Business Bureau, we wanted to provide an update on the Florida customer who said she was refused medication at our Tamarac dispensary due to its closing time.
Our Customer Care team reached out to the patient to apologize for the situation, offering a 20% off discount for their next purchase and waived the delivery fee for the inconvenience and allow her to receive her medication without having to leave her home.

I am so sick and tired of being screwed over by Trulieve's crooked bait-and-switch false advertising and lying. I get a text at 9:50 AM telling me the ground varieties for the day, and immediately check all 9 local locations, only see that advertised strain that works for my insomnia is not actually in stock at any location in central florida. Since it is impossible that all 8 local locations sold out in under 4 minutes, I try calling the branches, and get the call center which refuses to help. I try their online chat, and they also refuse to help. All they wanna do is offer 10% off my next order, which does not help me with my current medical issues at all. I spoke to a rep at the Downtown Longwood location, and he confirmed that they do this because they want clients to try to go in person and find it sold out and to then spend more on the more expensive varieties. So I literally have employee confirmation that they are baiting-and-switching, and telling me that they are glad that all calls go to the call center, so they dont have to deal with the people who are ****** because of the bait and switch.
