I had been experiencing problems with my HVAC unit. My neighbor had also experienced issues with her HVAC and hired ****** ******************************************** Because she seemed to be happy with this company, I decided on that basis, to hire ****** ******************************************** They installed a new Comfort Maker HVAC system for me 1 yr ago. Since then, I have had many issues with clogged pipes. The system also had a faulty part that ****** did replace. Every time I called for service in regard to the clogged pipes, I was told it was because my pipes were old and this was causing all the issues. At the time, ****** told me that he was a certified dealer for Comfort Maker HVAC units. When I finally was frustrated by the continued need for service on a brand new system, I decided to contact another Elite Certified Dealer for Comfort Maker. When they arrived, they did a thorough inspection and found several things that had not been done correctly. The Elite Certified Dealer found that there was a huge amount of "slime" that was in the unit. There was so much of this slime, it most likely had been there every time ****** serviced the unit. ****** never properly inspected nor did they properly maintenance the unit. Finally, ****** should have registered my new HVAC unit the day it was installed. He never did that. Therefore, I have automatically lost 5 years of a 10 year Warranty coverage. I am now highly suspect of the service that was provided by ****** ******************************************** I had put my trust in ****** ******************************************** I feel that this trust was taken advantage of. Because of the questionable service and installation, I could not, in good faith, recommend this company to anyone. I am thankful to now be in good hands with the Elite Dealer for Comfort Maker.
