            From the beginning of our home build the craftsmanship errors were countless, once we moved in we found plumbing leaks due to additional lack of project management and was denied warranty work because we removed the tub. I urge anyone to beware of this builder and are very unprofessional from ******************* to the owners *** and *****************. Lawsuit to follow

            Pinnacle Homes prides itself in the craftsmanship and detailed service of all of our homes. We warranty all of our work upon completion of each home we build.In this particular situation, the homeowner decided to have their bathroom tub removed on their own, and the plumber they hired did not meet their satisfaction. When the homeowner contacted us to repair the errors of their outside contractor, we declined because this work was not performed by Pinnacle Homes or their trades.

            This is all a big lie; we removed our tub to tile the surrounding walls and found that the plumbing was all installed incorrectly and immediately notified the warranty company who advised us that they wouldn't cover any cost *********************
