He took our patio furniture to be recovered and powder coated. It took a long time with many unanswered calls until he finally returned them. We paid him and discovered one of the chairs was damaged. We should have noticed it prior to payment. He did come back and said he would have it fixed. Then the promises of delivery again and again without doing so. This took over a year, again with many unanswered calls. I sent texts once per week and he would reply that he will deliver. Then the excuses. The driver could not find our house, The traffic was too bad. On and on with excuse after excuse. Finally, today, 12/17/2021 he did return our chair.
There are many other companies who do the same work and I would stay clear of Patio Furniture Repairs by Julian T***.

As far as "mocking people with heart attacks...." he is lying again. I never make personal comments to someone who I have no personal knowledge. He is again saying things that are outside of his terrible business practice.
I only want people to consider our experience with Julian T. of Patio Furniture Repairs and let them know they might encounter similar excuses and long time frame if they use his services. There are many other companies that may be better suited to do this work.
Again, look at the other 23 complaints and comments, draw your own conclusion.

I am not bitter or twisted. I entered into a business transaction and he failed on his continuous promises. He promised to recover and re-powder coat our chairs. We didn't ask him to do a just OK job. If he had said he was going to do this job and leave a scratch and dirty fabric on one chair we would not have hired. him. Even if it was one scratch and and dirty fabric, it was not acceptable. How would one feel if they had to get a tire repaired and when it was done the mechanic said "It's only flat on the bottom?". We paid him the entire amount of the contract when he first delivered the chairs. Since he was paid and had no incentive to complete the project it was him who delayed this. We could have had a neighbor accept the delivery and acknowledge it was acceptable. So his statement of us not being around to inspect is inaccurate. Had he repaired the faulty chair in a timely fashion we wouldn't now be having this conversation.
Again, for all who read the BBB reviews, please note that he has at least 23 complaints on file. It is only he who thinks he does no wrong. Buyer Beware!
