July 13, 2022 I ordered windows for my entire home. The salesman said that instead of replacing the two-piece arched bedroom window he could install a single-pane window that's curved on top. I told him it needs to match the living room window next to it. He assured me it would match. 2023 Jan ***** Windows installed. The bedroom window did NOT match the one next to it. It is also cracked, so none of the windows installed will pass inspection.Jan 25 General Manager *********************** came to order a new window. Again I was told it would match.May 12 Installers came with the new bedroom window. It didn't match, so I rejected it. May 16 **** called. I told him I'd pay extra to match the previous two-piece window exactly, but he claimed they can't build that window and I have to accept the one they sent. May 18 In an email, I provided diagrams proving that it can be done and asked him to call me. He didn't return my calls or emails for 13 days until I threatened legal action.May 31 He finally called back and agreed he CAN build the correct window, but the price he quoted sounded inflated, so I told him I'd think about it while I confirm the price is accurate. He refused to provide anything in writing.June 1 - I decided to have them install the correct window we'd talked about. I called and he wasn't in his office. I left a message for him to call me back. He never did.June 2 - I called at about 9:30 a.m. and asked for ****. I was told he was out and he would be back around 4:00. I called at 4:30 and was told he wasn't in yet.June 4 (Sunday) - I emailed ****, asking him to call me so we can order the window.June 5 I called at about 2:00. Again, he wasn't in. She suggested calling him on a cell number she provided. He didn't answer so I left a voicemail.June 6 I called and was again told he wasn't available.I ordered these windows 11 months ago. With the existing window they installed still cracked, the house won't pass inspection.Business response

***********************, General Manager, has been in communication with **************** over the past several weeks to address his concern. We have also been working with engineering at the manufacturing facility to be able to match the Grid pattern between the windows in the front of the house. **************** met with ***********************, General Manager, and ***********************, owner on 6/13. **************** reviewed the proposed drawing and approved the drawing presented with a small change to one of the windows so that it would be a better match for his existing windows. We will finalize the drawings with engineering and order ******************** new windows. We anticipate that we will have all of this resolved within the next 8 weeks or mid August.

Oct 27,2019 Contact signed for $17,928.00, Feb.19,2020 Window World certificate of completion signed indicating screens and doors not functioning, Feb 21, 2020 Blaine Underwood notified doors were not level, Mar 28,2020 (3) of (4) doors fixed installer had to leave as he was very sick and it was the onset of COVID, Mar 29, 2021 due to pandemic we finally returned to our seasonal home and requested the installer return to fix the last door, Patrick the Technician was sent and stated the frame had to be adjusted and he could not do that, Feb 11, 2022 Window World Install Manager confirmed the door frame has to be adjusted, he also confirmed there was no hump in the concrete, Feb 17,2022 engaged Window World Corporate, Feb 22, 2022 call from Window World Install Manager advising he's been approved to fix the door frame, going to review his schedule in the next few days and schedule a time slot for first week in March, Mar 8, 2022 sent an email to Window World Install Manager stating I hadn't heard anything from him, his response was Pam Underwood was handling the scheduling of our sliding glass door, Mar 10, 2022 discussed with Window World Corporate the lack of response from Window World of Southwest Florida, Mar 21, 2022 sent a certified letter to Window World Corporate requesting they intervene, included pictures showing the opening at the top where it's 4 1/4 inches and the bottom where it's 3 1/4 inches. That's a 1 inch difference between the top and bottom that we have been requesting be fixed from the day they were installedBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/04/11) */ Window World will be scheduling our install manager to come out and remove the trim to see if any additional adjustment can be made to the door. He is currently finishing up multiple jobs that were previously scheduled. The ********'s will be receiving a service order via email in the next week detailing the work to be completed. We will then provide a date for the work to be completed. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/04/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We were told they would be here the first week of March. We've heard this to many times. I would hope we would be a priority as it's been (2) plus years trying to resolve this issue. I don't understand why they are not able to get in this week and take care of the problem. A response stating that they're busy on multiple other jobs doesn't set well when they were suppose to have been here 6 weeks ago. They new we needed it done by April 15th date.
