I order 2 ultimate packages for my granddaughters, I was assured theyd be delivered on time. Items never received but my account was fully charged before I could refresh the page. *** tried numerous times to contact via emails, no response. *** made numerous calls to which Ive gotten recordings, a gentleman who literally fought with me because he wouldnt take my confirmation &/or order number, he continuously badgered me for all my personal information AND financial information. He refused to give me anything in regards to my order & would yell at me maam I have a protocol to follow so shut your mouth & let me do my job!. Im devastated by this entire process. I want a refund (total amount charged: $119.98) and to file a complaint so no one else has to go through this.Initial Complaint

I placed two orders that were never received with the: certifiedlettersfromsanta.com, Certified Seasonal Campaign LLC, 601 North Ashley Drive, Suite XXXX-XXXX, Tampa, Florida XXXXX. The first order was: XXXXXX, dated 12/8/21 for $65.97 (for my grandson); the second order was: XXXXXX, dated 12/11/21 for $44.93 (for my niece)....totaling $115.85 (including $4.95 for shipping). I sent two requests for refunds on 12/26/21 and 1/11/21 and never received a response. I would like a refund. I do have copies of the receipts but don't know how to upload them. Thank you for your help. My husband (deceased) was a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corps and was 100% disabled. I worked for the Department of Defense for 17 years.Initial Complaint

I am writing this letter because I'd like to lodge a formal complaint against the company Skyline X Drone, also known as Certified Seasonal Campaign, LLC. On November 14, 2021, I placed an order online with the above mentioned company. I ordered (1) Skyline X Drone, (1) Drone Protection Travel Case, and (1) Skyline X Drone battery (order# XXXXXX & XXXXXX) totaling $204.95. I paid $204.95 via credit card on November 14, 2021 and have yet to receive said order. On January 13, 2022, I called the company's customer service number (XXX XXX-XXXX) and spoke with rep Shawn and told him my issue. He advised me that I should receive my order within 5 business days, which would have been January 18th or 19th 2022. Needless to say, I did not receive my order. I called the company back a week later and spoke with another customer service rep who said "Not to worry, I'm going to get it." She also said they are having issues with the post office but she would send me a tracking number for the order when she get's it. I verified my contact information with her. They had my email address incorrect. It was corrected by the rep and I was assured I would receive a tracking number for my order. As of today, February 20, 2022, I have not received a tracking number or the item I ordered. I am highly disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, which I received and would appreciate either the product which I ordered or a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled. On Dec 15, 2021, Order # XXXXXX I ordered two Santa Letters, with expedited Premium shipping w/ tracking, (due to the proximity to Christmas) and the upgraded platinum package for my two grandchildren in DC. I paid $19.99 for each letter, $4.95 for Shipping w/ tracking and $19.99 for the upgraded platinum package plus $5.39 in sales tax for a total of $95.25. After Jan. 3 I called the phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX which was no longer in service. I emailed them at the address *******@certifiedseasonalcampaigns.com on Jan 3 requesting a refund for non-delivered items. I repeated the request today, Jan 15, and found complaints to the BBB for similar problems from other people placing similar orders. I've been duped! I feel I got robbed when trying to do something special for my grandchildren ages 5 and under 1. I really wanted to send only one letter to the two of them, but they would accept only one name per letter. The website is still active. They cashed my Visa card payment the same day I ordered the letters. Someone is benefitting from this business. The address on the website is Certified Seasonal Campaigns, LLC, 601 North Ashley Dr. Suite 1100-3028, Tampa, FL 33602 This is out and out fraud. I ordered 4 of the Santa letters and packages that went with them. I have repeatedly called and emailed this company. Every time I do talk to someone they tell me they have shipped and it's the USPS is fault that I must contact them, but they refuse to give me tracking numbers! I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they say they need the product back to issue it, but I NEVER received anything! Here is the following of what I ordered. I ordered a certified letter from Santa. The order was placed on 11/16/2021. Order #XXXXXX. I called twice to follow up on the order and was assured my order was processed and they would send a tracking id. I never received a tracking ID despite the fact that I paid for premium shipping with tracking. Total cost was $24.94. I have a copy of their invoice. I'd like my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered two Santa letters for my grandchildren. The order was placed on November 16, 2021 in the amount of $39.98. On or around December 16th I called to see if the letters had been sent. They "supposedly" looked it up and said it had been sent and should receive by the 19th. No letter arrived so I called again about 4 days before Xmas and they said again it should arrive by Friday the 24th of December. Still no letter has arrived. I phoned again today to request a full refund because website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed or money back. They have refused to return money and want to send an after Xmas letter and free gift from Santa. I am not interested in that and want a full refund!
