I paid for a letter from Santa Claus that was never received. I emailed and called the company requesting information and a refund and have never received an email response and when you call, you just sit on hold forever and no one ever answers the call.Initial Complaint

Ordered a Santa Letter for my granddaughter on December 6, 2021 and also paid for premium shipping. Have not received the letter nor has anyone contacted me and I have tried contacting them 6 times for a refund for an order that was supposed to be here in 4 to 7 days. I paid amount also for premium shipping and nothing. To me is not any difference than stealing from someone. Would like my money back and them prosecuted for theft by deception.Initial Complaint

On 12/12/2021 I, I placed an order for a Letter from Santa. I received a confirmation email for Order Number: XXXXXX for Santa Letter, Premium Shipping w/ Tracking for which I paid $24.94. I never received tracking info nor the letter from Santa. On 12/22 at 10:57am EST, I called the number listed in the email and was told there was missing information on my order even though I provided everything that was required. I asked the rep why was I not contacted if there was missing info (child's name, name of child's friend and shipping address). I gave the information again and all I got was an apology and that the letter would be shipped and received by Christmas Eve. I checked my account with USPS as I have Informed Delivery which let's me know what will be in my mailbox for the day and there is still nothing.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Santa letter for my granddaughter to be mailed to Las Vegas by no later than 12/22. I called on 12/18 to verify that she would receive her letter and was told that it would be delivered today without fail. The order # is ******, purchasing the letter and the platinum package for a total of $45.98. Now the company is "closed" for the holidays, and I can't reach any one to speak to about this. I sent them an email per there phone message, and we will see if the letter shows up. I am seriously doubting this, and after reading the reviews from others, I feel to be scammed somewhat. I checked out this company before I purchased the letter and did not find any bad reviews UNTIL I purchased the package. I would like to get a refund, because now I must scramble to get something to her before Friday, and this being Wednesday she is in panic mode, because she didn't hear from the big guy. Thank you. My bank also put a stop on any future charges from this company. I am satisfied to receive the refund, but not that they did not do what was promised per their advertising. On November 10, 2021, I ordered 3 Santa letters for this year. I have called the company 3 different times and was told yesterday they shipped them 5 weeks ago but they could not provide me tracking. I upgraded to the "Platinum" package so these letters cost me $41.98 plus $77.97 for the upgrade for a total of $119.95. My order number is XXXXXX and my bank card was charged on 11/12/2021. It is now 3 days until Christmas Eve and the letters still have not arrived. When I called again yesterday the customer service agent was very condescending and patronizing to me. I did inform them I would be filing a fraud complaint if these do not arrive by the 24th as they should have already have been here. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told no one was available and placed on a return call list. I still have not received a call from anyone. I would like a refund for this purchase.Business response

The product was to arrive before Christmas and still has not arrived as of today December 28, 2021. They offered me an after Christmas letter from Santa which I declined as the purpose of the Santa letter was to give it to my grandchildren prior to Christmas. I have opened a claim with my bank for a product I never received and that is also being investigated. I would appreciate it if you continue to reach out to the company as they are not responding to my request for a refund. Thank you. *************Initial Complaint

Purchased certified letter to santa on Nov 24th. Is a week before Christmas and still no letter try to call number on email confirmation and days no longer in service or disconnected. Have no other way of reaching them and to date not received my item.
