If I could leave a -1 star review I would. This man is very dishonest and has told countless lies during the bidding process for this project. *********************************, the owner of Ryzer Solutions, LLC has taken a $20,000 deposit from our client but has never done any work on the house. My firm is a construction lending company and we have tried to help resolve the matter but **************** has become combative and refuses to do the right thing. He did not complete any work on the project except arranging for a cabinet company to come do measurements. He evades calls regularly, and claims to have spent the money on kitchen cabinets but refuses to provide the name of the cabinet company and refuses to provide any receipts. He also claims to have switched companies from the original cabinet builders who took the measurements - but never informed the homeowner. If he really did hire a new company (which he didnt) then he did that without the homeowners consent or knowledge. He said he would repay the funds but is now refusing, stating that he incurred expenses - but again he has yet to provide even one receipt or proof of any expenses. Also, he said he was a licensed contractor, but never provided his license number or proof of insurance (after repeated requests to provide that data) - we looked him up on the ********** of *********************** Regulation and it says he is eligible for the exam, but no license number has been issued - so he is acting as an unlicensed general contractor. Ryzer Solutions, LLC also has no license on file. This man has basically stolen $20,000 from our client, who is devastated by this loss. Both a criminal and civil complaint are being filed against him in Broward County. Save yourself - do NOT hire this man or this company.

Ryzer Solutions has been working with *********************/ *********************** DBA as ********************** since April 2023. We then agreed upon a contract October 2,2023, when she made her initial deposit. I had two kitchen vendors & myself  due  an estimate on the cost of making her kitchen cabinets. The second kitchen vendor did an estimate on October 3 and on October 4, 2023, I made the decision of which vendor  to go with. Despite waiting on **************** check to clear as scheduled for October 12,2023, work immediately began  to make the cabinets on October 4, 2023, with Ryzer Solutions set to begin demolition on October 16,2023.  However ************ reneged on the contract on Thursday October 12, ten days after she made her deposit and the same date that her deposit check cleared. ************ requested a full refund despite the fact that work had already begun as Ryzer Solution she  wanted to ensure that the completion date was as per the original contract -for November 21, 2023. Ryzer Solutions had offered to return any unused funds that were not used to start the project to ************ during our conversation on October 12 at 1730(5:30) pm. However, ************ then involved a third party which Ryzer Solutions was not doing business with . Ryzer Solutions did inform the third party - *************************** that due to not knowing whom the company she represented is and in the protection of the client- *********** according to the Privacy Act  5 U.S.C. 552a(b)  , information was not disclosed to ***************************. Ryzer Solution eagerly attempted to have an amicable resolution with ************ however Ms. *********;opted to refer to a third party. Once again in an attempt to ensure client privacy Ryzer Solution will not release client information to an unknown person/party in keeping with Privacy Act.
