      Received a faulty product. It broke within minutes of using. The weighted ball slung and busted out new 70inch flatscreen tv. I have made many MANY attempts to get a refund on product ( infinitey hoop posts they will 100% refund if you dont lose ten pounds in a month, I clearly did not) and requested via email 3 times in writing. No one will respond to me. I have called numerous times, left voicemails. I can forward all emails I have sent to their customer service, I cant send the pictures of the busted tv that was instantly ruined that I sent to them three times. I still have the tv I case its needed for lawsuit I plan on filing if not resolved. I also have the junk infinity hoop still in its box.

      I bought this item off there website. I was then provided Fake tracking number after I reached out for the 3rd **** via email. I then received an unsolicited emailed saying that they actually were unable to find my order after providing the fake tracking number. I provided my order number 3x and still have not been given legit tracking information.

      Hello, I placed an online order (Order #*****) with Infinity Hoop for $82.17. This order included 1) Infinity Hoop+ 2) Infinity Sweat Belt 2.0 and 3) Expedited Processing. The date of the placed order was 9/6/2023.I received shipping details for this order on 9/8/2023. The estimated shipping time was **** business days. I still have access to track my package and can see that it arrived in ******* on September 15 at 4:59am. According to the tracking details, the package has not left the transport hub since this time. Being that my location is in **************, the package is still a great distance from me. I have sent follow up support requests on 9/23/2023, 10/10/2023, and 10/27/2023. I received my first response from the company on 11/2/2023 they provided no resolution and indicated they would follow up with me later. They did not and I reached out again on 11/22/2023. I was asked by the company on 11/27/2023 if this issue was resolved. I indicated that it is still not resolved. It takes a great deal of time to receive a response from Infinity Hoop and I am not getting any answers from the company as to a resolution even when the responses are provided they unclear and not moving to provide me with the product or a refund. At this point I am no longer interested in receiving the product and would like a refund from the company. I have indicated this to the company to no response. Thank you for any support you can provide in resolving this matter.

      I did not receive the infinity hoop, it was delivered to **********, a whole state away from me. I reached out to infinity hoop and they won't help me. They just tell me to check with my neighbors and won't listed to where they shipped it. They sent me tracking but failed to look at the tracking which clearly shows it was not shipped to me.

      The infinity hoop has a promise that if you dont loose a link ( 2 inches) within 30 days, 30 mins a day, they will refund you the money as long as you provide proof. I did videos everyday on TikTok and provided all that in an email. If you call, you get a voice mail and you cant leave a message. I have left daily emails, contacted them on social media with no response. I did Afterpay and I cant even file a report with them. Doing after pay, my mom, ****** name showed up and not mine. I attached the invoice and one of the social media messages showing me trying to reach them. I can provide emails as well.I just want my refund as I did everything that was asked even with them saying we will refund, no questions asked

      Its a scam. I fell for the ad, purchased it, and the tracking info was fishy. Within a couple of weeks I could tell something was wrong. I contacted customer support and began an email correspondence through which I repeatedly asked for a cancellation and refund. And was repeatedly told oh its coming or I dont have authorization, I will submit your request to the right team. I suspect the answers Im receiving are bots, honestly. And none of them are satisfactory. Its totally a scam and they stole my money. This has gone on for months and I wrote my emails as if it was a real customer service rep on the off chance that MAYBE it was but from the replies its evident that its not. I didnt lose a lot of money, but the principle of the situation is what is driving me. It just makes me angry.

      I ordered the Infinity Hoop on September 22. When it finally arrived on October 16, the product was broken in the box - one piece was entirely snapped off and irreparable. I immediately emailed the company requesting a full refund for this product. Since then, there have been at least 17 emails back and forth between me and them, with me trying to find out when I would receive my refund for an unusable, broken product. They confirmed that I would receive a full refund in the amount of *****, but kept telling me it was processed and taking time to go through. First, I was told it would take **** business days, then, a representative called *** told me I could expect my refund within 48 hours. When it did not happen, I followed up and was told that the refund was processed and I should receive it in my account in 3-5 business days. Yesterday was the 5th day and there is nothing. I emailed yesterday asking when I would receive the refund and this morning got a response that simply said Thank you for following up with no additional info. This company is obviously a scam and Im afraid I will never get my money back.

      On 8/9/23 I placed an order for product from Infinity Hoop. I was charged $74.99 for the product and paid with my **** credit card. The order # is *******. It is now 10/22/2023 and I never received the product I purchased. On 9/20/23 I submitted an online request asking for a refund since I never received the product that I purchased. I sent 2 more messages with nothing but an automated response to say that my request was being processed. On 10/19/2023 I received an email from someone identifying as ******* indicating that my order had been returned and that if I still wanted the product I needed to send my address. I again asked for a refund and then was told that they would need to follow up. It's been a week since that response. Infinity Hoop is fraudulently holding funds for a product they know I never received and have not complied with my multiple requests for refund.
